The following amendments are made to the First Schedule of the Biological Agents and Toxins Act with effect from 16 February 2021:
Addition of Heartland virus
Addition of Severe Fever Thrombocytopenia Syndrome Virus
Removal of Mayaro virus from Part I of First Schedule
Revision of criteria for HIV lentiviral vector system
