Information Session on Poliovirus Potentially Infectious Materials

For detailed information about WHO recommendations for containment of poliovirus infectious materials and potentially infectious materials, please refer to (1) WHO Global Action Plan IV and (2) PIM Guidance to minimize risks for facilities collecting, handling or storing materials potentially infectious for polioviruses.

Each facility that has poliovirus infectious materials and/or poliovirus potentially infectious materials is required to submit a completed Facility Reporting Form 1[DOCX, 66.3KB] to MOH_Biosafety@moh.gov.sg.
