Complete destruction and/or disposal of stock inventory
Destruction and/or disposal of stock inventory, refers to the complete destruction of all inventory of any First or Second Schedule biological agent or Fifth Schedule toxin.
Failure of receipt
Failure of receipt is defined as not receiving the First Schedule Part II, Second Schedule or Fifth Schedule biological agents or toxins, whether as transfer from another facility or as an importation, within 24 hours of such time as may be reasonably estimated by the receiver.
Incident/activities report
Incident reports notify adverse events involving First, Second, and Fifth Schedule agents or toxins.
Inventory adjustment
The facility shall maintain an updated and accurate inventory record in HALP-Biosafety for all First, Second and Third Schedule biological agents, and Fifth Schedule toxins.
