Inventory adjustment
The facility shall maintain an updated and accurate inventory record in HALP-Biosafety for all First, Second and Third Schedule biological agents, and Fifth Schedule toxins.

Controls
The Notification of the Inventory Adjustment is a function available in HALP-Biosafety to allow facilities to update the facility's inventory records in the event of discrepancies that cannot be resolved through the submission of a relevant notification or the withdrawal of a submitted notification.
Procedure
Login to HALP-Biosafety and submit a Notification of Inventory Adjustment along with the reason for the adjustment.
